DFL Senate candidate Amy Klobuchar's campaign says they raised $1.8 million this quarter. The campaign raised a total of $5.6 million to date and has $3.5 million left in the bank (I'm attaching the Klobuchar press release at the bottom of the message to be fair).
GOP Congressman Mark Kennedy's campaign says they raised $1.6 million for the quarter between April 1st and June 30th. He raised a total of $6.7 million and has $4 million left in the bank.
The two candidates are running to replace Senator Mark Dayton, who is retiring. There are three Independence Party members who are also in the race.
