St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman got into an accident on Thursday night. Someone rear ended him on Summit Avenue. The person who hit him is a William Mitchell College of Law student and was above the legal limit. The arresting officer said they keep telling the student that she hit Mayor Coleman's car but she still doesn't know it.
