Fred Senn, co-founder of Fallon Worldwide, talks about the costs and benefits of the RNC

The Republican National Convention is starting to get back on track today. President Bush will make a speech to delegates in St Paul via satellite from the White House after assessing damage from Hurricane Gustav along the Gulf Coast.

Now, St. Paul and Minneapolis may get the national and international attention they were expecting. To talk about how the changes to the Republican National Convention may have affected the amount of free publicity that St Paul and Minneapolis were expecting to get, we've called Fred Senn. He is one of the founders of Fallon Worldwide, a Minneapolis advertising firm.
