Today could be another long day for lawmakers in the Minnesota House and Senate as they continue to debate spending bills. And there's word of a tentative contract agreement between top state employee unions and the state.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio Captiol reporter Tim Pugmire about the latest on both fronts.
