The Twin Cities' own Jearlyn Steele brought her music to several locations around Minnesota this year as part of Minnesota Public Radio's Troubadour program to highlight some of the many songs she sang as a cast member on A Prairie Home Companion. Jearlyn, with brother Billy on piano, traveled all over the state and left smiling faces in places like Windom, Brainerd, Rochester and Duluth. To cap off her tour, Jearlyn brought the show back home to the Fitzgerald Theater for an evening of gospel, jazz, blues, country and even a little dancing.

Joining Jearlyn and Billy was a fabulous back-up band and an appearance by her family, The Steele Singers.

The show was recorded live at the Fitzgerald on April 25th, 2009.
