The National Hockey League draft takes place Friday and Saturday in Montreal. This will be the first draft since the Minnesota Wild hired Todd Richards as the new head coach and Chuck Fletcher as the new general manager.

There are a number of Minnesota players who are likely to be taken early in the draft.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer talked with Doug Johnson, Publisher of the newspaper Let's Play Hockey, about what to expect in the draft.
