School bus crash forces cancellation of homecoming
A crash between a car and a school bus carrying the Ely High School football team led officials to cancel Friday night's homecoming game and dance at Onamia High School.
The State Patrol says the crash happened on Highway 169 in Coleraine about 3:30 p.m. Nobody on the team bus was hurt. But the Patrol says one of the three females in the passenger car was seriously injured and was airlifted to a Duluth hospital.
Details on how the accident happened weren't immediately available.
