Erich Sailer, Lindsey Vonn's former skiing coach, said he thinks she will participate in the Vancouver Winter Olympics over the next few weeks.

Lindsey Vonn announced today that she has a serious injury to her right leg, throwing her Olympic future into doubt.

Her history would indicate she will give it a go as she's done her whole career. Her coach told Tom Crann about the drive and commitment she displayed from the start -- qualities that made her the best in the world.

If she is able to compete, her first event would be the alpine super-combined race, which is scheduled for Sunday.
