Police seek person of interest in Moorhead fire deaths
Moorhead police are asking for the public's help in finding a man they're calling a person of interest in the deaths of two people.
When firefighters put out an apartment complex fire early Friday morning, they found the bodies of John Cadotte, 20, of Moorhead, and Megan Londo, 25, of Naytahwaush.
Londo was the mother of two boys ages 2 and 8.
Deputy Police Chief Shannon Monroe said police want to question 39-year-old Tracy Allen Zornes of Naytahwaush.

"He's known to frequent the Fargo-Moorhead area, Naytahwaush-Detroit Lakes area, and also has ties to the Twin Cities metro area," Monroe said. "We're asking that if the public has any information about this case or his whereabouts, that they, of course, do not approach him but that they contact their local law enforcement."
Fire officials say it appears the fire was intentionally set.
Police Chief David Ebinger said Zornes is wanted on several outstanding warrants.
"I think it's fair to characterize this individual as having a pretty lengthy criminal history, a willingness to be confrontational and to flee from police," Ebinger said. "Again, he's not a suspect at this point, he may very well be a witness. We won't know until we talk to him."
Ebinger won't say how the victims died, but he says the case is being investigated as a homicide.
