St. Paul's Harrington top candidate to lead New Orleans Police
St. Paul Police Chief John Harrington is said to be a top candidate to lead the New Orleans Police Department once he retires from the St. Paul department in June.

St. Paul Police Chief John Harrington is a top candidate to lead the New Orleans Police Department.
Harrington is retiring from the St. Paul Department at the end of June, and New Orleans TV station WDSU reports Harrington is "at the top of the list" being compiled by a task force leading the New Orleans job search.
Harrington told the station he won't rule out "interest in the post."
