The Ramsey County Prosecutors Office says it's investigating allegations of voter fraud in the 2008 election. To date, the office has charged 28 felons for either registering to vote or voting in the election. The investigation came after the conservative group, Minnesota Majority, raised the issue.

The candidates for governor and a DFL leaning group have eclipsed the $2 million mark on TV ad buys. Democrat Margaret Anderson Kelliher lags far behind her two DFL challengers in ad spending to date.
