DFL Gov.-elect Mark Dayton has lots of people to hire between now and the time he takes office on January 3, 2010. Last week, Dayton did announce his inner circle of advisers including Tina Smith. She'll serve as Dayton's chief of staff. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Smith.
