Fighting racial discrimination in St. Louis County
A northeastern Minnesota task force working to combat racial disparities in the justice system meets Friday afternoon in Duluth. St. Louis County was one of four jurisdictions in the United States that won grants from the American Bar Association to promote racial justice.
