Tomorrow, Republican members of Minnesota's House and Senate are expected to release outlines for their plan to balance the state budget.
Those proposals are expected to focus on zeroing-out a deficit projected at just more than $5 billion over the next two years.
Republican majority leaders have consistently said they plan to balance the budget without raising taxes. So, to preview the proposal, Political Editor Mike Mulcahy tells All Things Considered what he knows.
