More budget details to emerge at the Capitol

House and Senate budget committees will put in some long hours this week to complete work on spending bills before a self-imposed Friday deadline. Republicans in the House finished up a tax bill and unveiled a K-12 education bill over the weekend. They'll roll out a Health and Human Services bill today. Meanwhile, a Wisconsin-style labor fight appears to be brewing at the Capitol.
