First crest ebbs, but flooding not over for southwest Minnesota

Most rivers across southwest Minnesota continue to fall this morning as the first of what may be a two-crest flooding season ebbs. So far the damage in that region has been much less than expected. However, the extended flood season could have impacts on spring planting and crop yields.
