Stadium history expert analyzes new Vikings stadium proposal
The federal government is planning to auction off a 430-acre tract of the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant as early as June 2011. Ramsey County wants part of it to be used as a site for a new Vikings stadium in Arden Hills.
