Religous leader talks about 9/11 and an upcoming ceremony marking 10 years

This Sunday is the 10th anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States. Events commemorating the anniversary will be held around the country, including here in Minnesota. On Sunday at 2 p.m. on the state Capitol mall in St. Paul, there will be a ceremony organized by a broad coalition of religious organizations.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with the Rev. Peg Chemberlin, who is one of the people who putting together the program called "Minnesotans Standing Together." Reverend Chemberlin is the president of the National Council of Churches and is also the leader of the Minnesota Council of Churches.
