Los Angeles Vikings: Could it happen?

As talk of a new Vikings stadium continues this week, the specter of the Vikings moving to Los Angeles looms once again. But how realistic is that possibility? Los Angeles is the second largest metro area in the U.S., and hasn't been home to an NFL team since 1995, when the Rams moved to Saint Louis and the Raiders moved back to Oakland.

Threatening to move to LA has become a club for a number of teams in the NFL — including the Vikings — to wield as bargaining leverage.
