Missing boy believed to be with father
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is looking for a child officials believe was abducted from St. Louis County.
Wyatt Nordrum, 7, was not returned to court as ordered. He is believed to be with his father, James Nordrum, Jr., 41.
The statement from the BCA indicates that James Nordrum has said he would harm his son if he lost custody.
St. Louis county law enforcement searched for James Nordrum, Jr. and James Nordrum, Sr., at about 2 p.m. Tuesday at a Brookston house, but both men and the child were gone.
Anyone who sees Wyatt or either adult is asked to contact the St. Louis County sheriff's office or the BCA.
Nordrum is described as white, weighing 225 pounds and five feet, six inches tall. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
The senior Nordrum is 59 years old, and five feet, six inches tall, and weighs 215 pounds.
