A joint House/Senate conference committee has reached 

 on a plan to start paying back the K12 school shift.

The House is expected to take up the HHS budget bill and a plan that borrows $221 million to renovate the State Capitol during today's floor session.

The House Ways and Means Committee narrowly approved a $280 million bonding bill.  It needs 81 votes to pass the full House.

The Senate is expected to take up its bonding bill on Friday.
