Probable Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney remains tight-lipped about possible running mates. His aides are sworn to secrecy, as are potential candidates.

Last month, former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty indicated on Fox News that he wasn't interested. But last week on MSNBC, he seemed to leave the door open.

Pawlenty's name is certainly still being discussed among political commentators.

Morning Edition host Cathy Wuzer talked with former Republican Congressman Vin Weber about the process. Mr. Weber is one of the nation's top political strategists. He supported Pawlenty when Pawlenty was still a candidate and is now a special advisor on policy for Romney.
