The Fergus Falls High School marching band is on its way to Washington, where the band will march in the Inaugural Day Parade on Monday.
It's a repeat engagement. The Otters also participated in the Inaugural four years ago.
The group was feted with a big send-off at the school earlier Thursday afternoon and is now on the road to Washington, D.C. Band director Scott Kummrow speaks with MPR News.
