The issue of elder abuse is getting renewed attention by law enforcement. A coalition of health care providers and advocates for the elderly this week launched a campaign called MN S.A.F.E. Elders, or Stop Abuse and Financial Exploitation of Elders in Minnesota.
Anoka County attorney Tony Palumbo speaks with MPR News about the initiative against elder abuse.
