Theater Latte Da's managing director John Thew is moving on to higher ground. In November, Thew will be joining Theatre Aspen in Colorado.
Thew's tenure at the Minneapolis-based theater company has been relatively brief. He started less than three years ago, in February 2011. According to a press release, he has had a successful tenure, leading the company to a 95 percent growth in ticket revenue.
Artistic Director Peter Rothstein said the company will immediately begin a national search for a new director.
