As the United States engages Russia and other nations about a possible diplomatic solution to the chemical weapons crisis in Syria, President Obama has asked Congress to postpone a vote to authorize military action.   

Even before the President's speech on Tuesday night, Republican Minnesota Rep. John Kline announced he would not support such action.  MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with Rep. Kline to talk about Syria.
