Rep. Collin Peterson, D-Minn, was named this week to the House conference committee tasked with finding a farm bill resolution with the Senate.
Many federal programs have expired after Congress failed to pass a new farm bill.
Peterson joins The Daily Circuit to discuss what he hopes to accomplish in the position and what challenges he expects to face.
