Rainy, windy, chilly conditions will continue across Minnesota today. Highs in the lower 50s in the south and in the 30s in the northeast. Depending on high warm it gets, we could see some freezing rain in the Duluth area today. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Dean Packingham, a forecaster with the National Weather Service office in Duluth.
