Shooting suspect's wife also facing murder charges

The wife of a suburban Twin Cities man accused of killing a neighbor over deer feeding also has been charged.

Paula Anne Zumberge faces one count each of second degree murder and second degree attempted murder.

A criminal complaint says the victim's longtime girlfriend told police she heard Zumberge say, "Shoot, shoot, shoot, keep shooting," while her husband allegedly was firing a shotgun.

Zumberge's neighbor, Todd Stevens, 46, was shot multiple times, including in the head and chest. He was dead when officers arrived.

His girlfriend, 58-year-old Jennifer Damerow-Cleven, was shot in the stomach and survived.
