We start our weekend with a frost advisory for late Friday night into early Saturday. It covers about the southern two-thirds of Minnesota and much of Wisconsin, and it does include the Twin Cities metro area.
After a chilly start, temperatures recover nicely for the remainder of the weekend. Sunday will be the warmer weekend day, with these projected high temperatures:

Looking ahead, Minnesota and Wisconsin should see some periods of rain on Monday and Monday night. A thunderstorm is also possible.
Folks in southwest Minnesota would welcome a bit of rain. They're still experiencing moderate drought, according to the latest update from the U.S. Drought Monitor:
