Climatologist talks about record cold in July

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about a 48 hour period earlier this week when there were record cold temperatures in Minnesota.

He also said the outlook for the next three months from the Climate Prediction Center has more cooler than normal temperatures on the way.
