The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Wednesday said it recovered the body of a young adult female from the Mississippi River near the 10th Avenue bridge in Minneapolis.
The sheriff's office said the water patrol found the body at 7 p.m. Authorities have not identified the woman.
Divers have been searching for Jennifer Houle, 22, a University of Minnesota student who was last seen Friday at a bar in Dinkytown.
The Minneapolis Police Department said Monday that video evidence showed Houle entering the water from the 10th Avenue bridge early Friday morning but that she was alone and no suspects were being sought in her disappearance.
Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story said incorrectly it was the sheriff's office that described the video evidence.
