Governor Mark Dayton will give his State of the State address tonight and he will join 

 Friday morning at 9 a.m. to respond to your comments and questions posted in the comments below.

Tonight is Dayton's fifth State of the State address. 

 Dayton is expected to address transportation issues, school funding and the state’s budget surplus.
