The staff was put back in the hand of Prosperity before it was moved back into place atop the Quadriga on Wednesday.

Wednesday morning, workers lifted the charioteer — who symbolizes prosperity — back into position behind the golden horses on top of the Minnesota State Capitol.
The sculpture was removed to fix corrosion on the base in late September, and was inspected and regilded.
