A semitrailer rollover caused a ramp closure in the southern part of the metropolitan area Monday, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The ramp from southbound Hwy. 169 to eastbound Interstate Hwy. 494 was expected to remain closed for three hours Monday afternoon.
MnDOT said the accident left debris on all four lanes, and clearing it would take until about 6 p.m.
