St. Paul police are investigating a fatal shooting on the city's East Side.
Police were called to the 700 block of Orange Avenue, where they found a gunshot victim about 9:30 p.m. Monday.
The man later died at Regions Hospital. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office identified him as Htoo Baw, 54, of St. Paul, police said Tuesday afternoon.
No other information was available. Police said they were still searching for a suspect Tuesday morning.
