Coldest part of winter probably over for most of MN

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about a cold spell that hit Minnesota around Valentine's Day.

He says that was probably the last blast of very cold weather of the winter season.

Forecasts show higher than normal temps are expected this spring.
