Go outside and play: MN state parks waive entry fee on Get Outdoors Day

Itasca State Park
Minnesota's 75 state parks and recreation areas are all offering free admission Saturday for National Get Outdoors Day. Here, the marker at the headwaters in Itasca State Park reads: "Here 1475 ft. above the ocean, the Mighty Mississippi begins to flow on its way winding way, 2,552 miles to the Gulf of Mexico."
