Appetites: Three food trucks not to miss this summer

Summertime marks an important culinary event — the rolling in of food trucks.

These roadside eateries tend to change a lot over the years. As new ones appear and old ones seem to disappear their elusive nature make for an exciting lunchtime experience.

City Pages food critic Mecca Bos tells us about food truck season and all it brings: multiple mini-reviews, frightening calorie consumption, truck chasing and of course, the fantastic food she finds.

The trucks cover a lot of ground, both in the city and in the kitchen.

Three dishes not to miss this summer include:
• The very 'trendy' fried baloney sandwich from Lyn 65,
