A public memorial will be held this weekend for Jacob Wetterling.

In the weeks since Danny Heinrich confessed to the abduction and murder of Jacob, we've repeatedly heard from parents who say they changed how they parented in the wake of the Wetterling case.

Tom Weber spoke with Robert Lowery, from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, about how the Wetterling case — and it's resolution — affected the country.

Given the rarity of stranger abductions, how does the organization raise awareness about this issue without panicking parents about an unlikely abduction?
