We reached a milestone in the Twin Cities Sunday. It was the 208th consecutive day that the official temperature stayed above 32 degrees in the Twin Cities!
The previous record of 207 consecutive days above 32 degrees in the Twin Cities was set in 1900.
I've seen a few readings at or below 32 degrees around the metro area this autumn, especially on the mornings of Oct. 8 and 9, but the official Twin Cities temperature at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport hasn't dropped to 32 degrees.

A very weak cold front is slipping through Minnesota today, but we'll still see highs in the 60s over much of the state. The front will combine with an upper level disturbance to give us a chance of scattered light rain showers.
