The Webers - Wallace, Steve, and Brian - are three generations of once-and-future Delta pilots.

Delta Airlines Captain Steve Weber has flown for the company for more than 30 years.

Before him, his father Wallace flew for Northwest Airlines (which merged with Delta in 2008) for decades.

Steve will fly his last flight on Delta on December 28 and his 93 year-old father and other family members will be there to mark the event.

Although one Weber is retiring, another will take his place. Steve's son Brian becomes a Delta pilot next month.

MPR News' Cathy Wurzer sat down with Steve to reflect on his career and his family's legacy.
