Minnesota sees 11th-warmest January on record
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about the 11th-warmest January on record.
Seeley also says there were four days in January when the temperature did not fall below zero in the Twin Cities, which is a first.
