What does the health bill mean for people with pre-existing conditions?

For Obamacare supporters, a primary issue with the Republican health care bill is how it treats people with pre-existing conditions.

The American Health Care Act, passed by the U.S. House last week, would allow insurers to charge more to people with pre-existing conditions.

However, the details of that change would depend on how states decide to implement the law.
