What men need to know about sexual harassment

The phone lines lit up fast during our recent show about why women choose — or don't choose — to speak up about sexual harassment.

Some of those callers were men who wanted more clarity: How do men know where to draw the line? What can men do to help address the situation if they or others cross it?

MPR News host Kerri Miller spoke to anthropologist Jose Santos, who researches masculinity, and Robin Schooling, a human resources expert, about how people can start to change the culture surrounding harassment.
