A recent survey revealed that employees would take a lower pay if that meant a better boss. An audience at the Minnesota State Fair confirmed those findings.

Hosts Stephanie Curtis and Bob Collins talked about all things jobs on Labor Day. They wanted mostly good stories, but they also talked about their worst experiences at work.

Callers and audience members at the fair regaled the hosts with their interesting job stories. A bean walker, a French antique dealer, a middle school counselor and an EMT all had lessons to share.
