Stearns County Sheriff Don Gudmundson Thursday outlined a series of errors and missteps by law enforcement in the investigation of the disappearance and death of Jacob Wetterling.
During the press conference, Gudmundson pointed to "fatal flaws" during the probe that ended in 2016 with the arrest of Danny Heinrich who remains in prison.
