We have 12 years to fix our climate before global warming's impacts get much worse.

That's the gist of this week's new Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report, which calls for a 45 percent cut in greenhouse gas emissions to stave off major climate impacts.

John Abraham, a professor of thermal sciences at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, explains whether such an emissions cut is possible and what the climate may look like come 2030.

Then, Minneapolis College freshman Munira Berhe shares her Climate Story.
