After a devastating loss in 2016, the Democratic Party is taking steps to improve transparency and access to the primary process. A handful of states, including Minnesota, will switch from a presidential caucus to a primary, giving more voters more say in the party's nomination process. Super delegates, long a fixture of the party, are losing some of their influence.
But not everyone agrees these changes will lead to victory. Amy Walter talks with several Democrats about how 2020 will be different from 2016.
