Lizzo debuts her new album 'Cuz I Love You'
Lizzo's new album "Cuz I Love You" came out on Friday. It's her first release for a major label, and as she told Rolling Stone, starting therapy last summer had a big impact on the sound of the record.
"That was really scary," she said. "But going on that journey of being vulnerable with someone who I didn't know, and then learning how to be vulnerable with people that I do know, gave me the courage to be vulnerable as a vocalist."
Lizzo comes to the Palace Theater in St. Paul on May 5.
